As of March 25, we are back open to support customers with critical status, as determined by the U.S. Government, are products supporting critical infrastructure including medical, defense, power generation and aerospace production, etc.
Customer support includes technical support by email/phone, and quotations. Phone support remains available from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST) but we prefer to support through email (sales@nttoolusa.com). Processing received purchase orders and making same day shipments may not be possible.
